A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty from date of receipt is provided for faults in material or manufacture of BirthRite furniture. The warranty excludes the consequences of normal or excessive wear and tear. No liability can be accepted if the furniture is used in any way contrary to its intended and described purpose. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion under the warranty terms.

BirthRite reserves the right to change materials and/or processes for components of the Floor Studio during future manufacture. BirthRite undertakes to inform customers of such changes and possible consequences.
